Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked.

Items will be shipped within 5 working days of an order being placed, unless the item is specified as a pre-order. An estimated date will be provided for pre-order items, this is not a target date but a best guess.

Please contact @novae.co on Instagram with your order number and details should any problems with the shipping process arise.

Worried about a lost order? Please wait one week, for UK customers, or two weeks, for International, before reaching out. Some orders may face unexpected delays, so this helps to account for those.

Return & Exchange Policy

Not satisfied with an item? You have 14 days, upon receiving your item, to request a refund and begin the returns process.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipment for their return items.

If the item is returned in unacceptable disrepair, a refund will not be given.

No reason is needed to request a refund so long as it falls within the 14 days after receipt.
