I really enjoyed painting the blank daruma dolls and turning them into little colourful creatures. I can't help but be a fan of their grumpy little faces

After Hyper Japan and MegaCon Manchester, I actually only have one left! I'm so glad that my daruma were loved by so many people 🥹

The greens and oranges of this last daruma doll are inspired by the colours of autumn, so with autumn coming up, I hope he is able to find a home soon!

A Maomao piece I spent ages on!

This piece has definitely helped me with being more patient and trying new things when it comes to rendering.

I can't tell if I like the yellow tone or pink tone better.
The yellow one is the way I had it as I was working on it, as it's supposed to be a sort of late morning sunshine.
But then I thought I'd try something more pink so colour-shifted it. The pink tone version is definitely giving more sunset vibes

Started this yesterday morning ✨️

I'm still finding and discovering the art I want to create, and still pushing myself to learn new techniques

Remembering all the different things I can do to my art is a struggle, and I always end up cutting corners
Even now I see flaws in this piece that I know I could fix yet haven't yet

Still, I'm proud of this. And I will get those fixes done before I decide if I'll sell this as prints
But I want to create a few more pieces too that I think are worth the ink first. Including some fanart. I'm struggling so much more with fanart. But I'll work on it 💪

I also want to design some more products for future projects. I think some fluffy plushie keyrings would be adorable! I just need to the funds for samples first ✨️
